Robin Gregg RN, CCM is Owner & CEO of Preferred Case Management and brings over 38 years of healthcare experiences as a registered nurse to her ownership and leadership role. As a graduate of Grace College in Indiana, throughout her career Robin has served in numerous clinical leadership capacities to include staff nursing, home care case management, and hospice program coordinator and clinical supervisor.

Having succeeded in developing a multi-faceted nursing career, Robin has gained invaluable insights and comprehensive understanding of client care coordination. She has been with Preferred Case Management since it’s near inception in 1999 and instrumental in shaping the organzization’s vision and values to ensure each client is provided with exceptional services and care to provide these industry defining standards and services in case management. Robin has played a pivotal role in building a skilled and exceptional team of professionals committed to high-quality outcome drive client care coordination.

Courtney Hersha BSN, RN, CCM Clinical Manager and Senior Case Manager has over 20 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse with a diverse nursing background to include emergency room nursing, post-operative nursing, clinical leadership and management, and case management. Courtney has been with Preferred Case Management since 2016 and is dedicated to continued service in partnership with our clients to promote optimal outcomes.
