• Medical Case Management of Auto, Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury, Disability and Health Claims
• Consult with claims specialists for case directives and appropriate rehabilitation services
• Coordinate care and services between clients, employers, providers, and attorneys
• Medical record analysis to determine appropriateness of care and billing
• Case Management activities include multiple trauma, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, carpal tunnel syndrome, orthopedic injuries, health issues, and soft tissue injuries in adult and pediatric population
• Coordination of home modifications
