Traci Sadler, RN, BSN, CCM Medical Case Manager – Upper Peninsula MI

Traci has over 15 years of nursing experience. Traci received a Bachelor’s Degree in the Science of Nursing from Northern Michigan University. Traci is a Certified Case Manager and a Registered Nurse.

As a certified case manager, Traci participates in assessing and routing information and referral, coordination of community services, and development/ implementation of high-risk client centered care planning. Traci proactively manages claims with Catastrophic TBI, SCI, Multiple Trauma, RSD and Orthopedic injuries. Traci’s professional diversity offers you a strong liaison utilizing pre-established relationships with Upper Peninsula physicians, hospitals, and other health related organizations. She has extensive experience in geriatric, rehabilitation, and disability case management. Traci has worked intricately in the Medicaid system and has a broad understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and private reimbursement sources.

In March of 2007, Traci joined the medical case management team at Preferred Case Management, LLC. Traci manages cases throughout the Upper Peninsula in Michigan.
