Ann Garlock has over 20 years of nursing experience. Ann graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in the Science of Nursing. Ann has been a Certified Case Manager since 2002.

Ann has experience as a floor nurse in Medical-Surgical/Oncology and outpatient Hemodialysis. She also has a home care visiting nurse and utilization review background.

Ann has worked as a case manager for clients with complex care management issues, such as cancer and hospice care, renal disease, diabetes, and other multi-system chronic disease. She also worked as a Clinical Services Manager in 2004, managing 10 case managers in day to day operations, facilitating optimization of benefits with the patient insurance carrier, and interfacing with physicians to insure case managers helped patients meet expected outcomes for complex case management and chronic disease management. In addition, Ann held an on-call independent nurse contractor position providing in home and facility assessments for long term care applicants and claimants in the greater West Michigan and Central Michigan areas.

In November of 2009, Ann joined the medical case management team at Preferred Case Management, LLC. Ann manages cases primarily in the South Central and South Western Michigan areas.
